Moss Diorama — gaussian splatting meets glTF

A patch of moss and grass captured with Luma AI is loaded as a gaussian splat and masked to its foreground, then placed in the same React Three Fiber scene as a glTF mesh. Splats and triangles share one camera, one HDRI environment map and one bloom pass, so the photographic capture and the modelled geometry are composited in a single three.js render.
